Single Leg X“Solo & Partner Drill” Here’s a solo & partner drill to practice the mobility of getting to single leg x. When transitioning from side to side - keep your shoulders rounded, feet off the floor, and focus on getting your head off the center line and towards the leg you’re attacking. When making connection to the leg - get your hips up, inside foot connected to the far side hamstring/glute and create a push pull (outside foot pushing on the hip, inside knee pulling).
